Special chocolates collection

With the participation of the best chefs in Latvia, the company «Laima» set up a special collection of chocolates «Compliments». Our chef Raimonds Zommers suggested two recipes for this set—chocolate filled with passionfruit jelly and with pumpkin cream and seeds. Presentation of the new collection of chocolate took place in April 2012.
